O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders directing the 1st Respondent to give necessary direction to the 2nd Respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.26/2020 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completing the investigation, the second respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.2859 of 2023.
3. In view of the above said development, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
