This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.360 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime NO.360 of 2015, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.1223 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and the accused accepted the guilt and paid the fine amount on 31.08.2016.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
