This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the Judgment passed in C.A.No.58 of 2020 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTC), Theni, dated 03.12.2021 confirming the judgment, 1/3

dated 27.01.2020, in S.T.C.No.777 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinayakanur.

2.The matter has been earlier settled between the parties. In view of the settlement arrived, the petitioner was directed to deposit 5% of the agreed amount to the credit of the High Court Legal Services Authority and the same was deposited by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner produced the voucher for the same. 3.In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this criminal revision case is allowed.
