ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent had earlier given a complaint to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Pattukkottai and after investigation, the complaint was closed in the year 2014. Thereafter, with some allegations, the present complaint is given to the second respondent. The petitioner is the resident of Pattukkottai and he is being harassed by the second respondent by calling to the police station daily.

respondent issued summons only for enquiry and she shall not harass the petitioner.

5.Recording the above submission given by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, directing the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and shall not harass the petitioner.
