ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 31.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 454 and 392 IPC in Cr.No.869 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and robbed 4 sovereigns of gold chain and Rs.3,000/- cash from her at the knife point. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no previous case is pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also

considering the fact that the petitioner is now been custody for 55 days, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily thrice at 10.00 a.m., 02.00 p.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
