2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Satisfaction Court has been wrongly mentioned in this petition as the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram. This Court had earlier granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.4635 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026. However, in the said order copy, the Satisfaction Court was mentioned as the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram, whereas the correct Satisfaction Court is the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to make the necessary correction in the said order and to reissue the corrected order copy. Accordingly, the prayer portion and paragraphs 1 and 6 of the order shall stand modified to reflect the Satisfaction Court as the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District instead of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram. Prayer: For bail in C.C.No.678 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel Kanniyakumari District in Crime No.561 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

1. The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.10.2025 for the offences punishable 1/3

under Sections 303(2) in C.C.No.678 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel Kanniyakumari District in Crime No.561 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District, and on further conditions that:-''

3. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order dated 27.02.2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No.4635 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Further, Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties before the concerned court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
