ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 08.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC r/w 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Cr.No.503 of 2016, on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner abused the defacto complaint with filthy language and attempted to commit murder.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that repeatedly cases stand registered by the respondent police in a routine manner and the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the detention order stands revoked as per G.O.Rt.No.3679 HOME.PROHIBITION & EXCISE (XIV) DEPARTMENT on 09.08.2016.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has five previous cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
