ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of 1/3
an enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.Mr.R.Srinivasan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that based on the complaint lodged by the fifth respondent, the second respondent registered First Information Report in Crime No.33 of 2021 against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 465, 467, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and so, the question of harassment does not arise.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the third respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs.
