This Court, by the order, dated 23.04.2015 directed the petitioner to file batta on or before 28.04.2015, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically. Perusal of the record would reveal that till today, batta has not been filed. Hence, the Transfer CMP was already dismissed as per the earlier order, dated 23.04.2014. Therefore, no further order is necessary. No cost. Consequently, connected M.P(MD) Nos1 of 2014 is dismissed.
