ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry on the false complaint lodged by the petitioner's parents. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents police frequently called the petitioner, harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a case for elopement and also threatened him.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner; the presence of the petitioner is not required for any enquiry; and the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.
