This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.10 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Mr.V.Gopal, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural Sub-Division, Dindigul District is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2014 has been completed and the case was closed as Mistake of Fact as early as 05.07.2014. However, since the petitioner/defacto complainant is an Advocate, he is not receiving the RCS notice and therefore, the Police are not able file the same before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the Police to send the closure report by registered post with acknowledgment due to the address of the defacto complainant and thereafter, file the closure report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

jurisdictional Magistrate within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
