O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial and to dispose of HMOP.No.460 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that H.M.O.P.No.460 of 2021 is pending from the year 2021 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since H.M.O.P.No.460 of 2021 is of the year 2021, there are lot of old cases pending before the Court below, no time bound direction can be given. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.460 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
