For Respondent : Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.631 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.631 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5613 of 2020 3.The allegation against these petitioners is that these petitioners along with few others due to previous enmity gathered together infront of the de-facto complainant's house and pelted stones. In the said incident, the de-facto complainant has sustained injury. While three of the accused were arrested, these petitioners are still at large.

4.From the First Information Report, this Court finds that there is previous rivalry between the de-facto complainant and the petitioners.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for State states that these petitioners are still at large and causing threat to the de-facto complainant.

6.In view of the above objection, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
