[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the detenue, the petitioner's daughter, by name, Ramya, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover her custody to the petitioner.

H.C.P.(MD) No.524 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue was produced by the second respondent and the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that on her own volition, she left her parental home and now she wants to go with her father, the petitioner herein, who has also accepted the same.

3.Recording the statement of the detenue, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
