ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.659 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. A report has been called for from the trial Court as to whether summons has been issued or warrant has been issued to the petitioner. The concerned Magistrate has stated that Bailable Warrant is issued as against the petitioner. since only Bailable Warrant is issued, he can appear before the concerned Court and execute the bond as required by the concerned Court and as such the question of granting anticpatory bail does not arise.
