RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions on this petitioner in Crl M.P (MD) No. 1107/2024 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 378 of 2024 dt. 02.02.2024 to the effect that this petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru on every Monday at 10.30a.m till the filing of charge sheet instead of signing before the respondent police or otherwise as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and thus render justice. the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1107 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.378 of 2024 vide order dated 02.02.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the final report has not been filed.

3. On 02.02.2024, this Court modified the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 10.01.2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.378 of 2024 and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet. It appears that the final report has not been filed by the respondent Police. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1107 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.378 of 2024 vide order dated 02.02.2024.
