O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent regarding the usage of common road in T.S.No.1946, at Nallamuthu Pillai Pottal, Keeraithurai, Madurai City.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.251 of 2022 before the Keeraithurai Police Station. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and gave a statement that they will resolve their issue through the civil process.

3. There is no counter complaint given by the third respondent, only he has given a statement on 28.02.2023. Only thereafter on 15.03.2022, an understanding has been reached between the parties. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD) No.4993 of 2023 The date has been wrongly mentioned in the notice sent to the petitioner. That need not be taken into account.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
