When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.178 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 05.09.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, but the same has not been taken on file. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam, to pass appropriate orders in the final report in Crime No.178 of 2016 expeditiously. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
