PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 631 of 2020 on the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Court on 02.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5610 of 2020 has granted bail to the petitioners on condition to furnish sureties subject to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District before release.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has requested this Court through E-mail to modify the said conditions since the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District is unable to accept sureties inview of Covid lock down.

3. Considering the said request, the order passed by this Court

on 02.06.2020 is suo motu modified:

Para (7) of the order is duly substituted as below: "Accordingly the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing own bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioners herein shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-with two sureties within 21 days from the date of release to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District".

4. All other conditions imposed by this Court in the said order shall stand remains.
