O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue fresh passport to the petitioner based upon his application.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime No.102 of 2024, on the file of the third respondent, which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet in C.C.No. 191 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi,

3. Considering the above said submissions, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court concerned, seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case, if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of 2/4

within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
