This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent police to file final report in FIR in Crime.No. 11 of 2009 dated 13/01/2009 within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.11 of 2009 and closed the same as 'Mistake of Fact 'on 26.02.2009 itself.
