ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested on 14.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c), 23(c) and 28 of NDPS Act, on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent Police intercepted the petitioner at International Airport at Trichy and seized the alleged contraband.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than 100 days. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that after conducting investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.53 of 2016 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for E.C.and NDPS Act Cases at Pudukkottai.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Special EC Judge NDPS Act, Pudukkottai, and on condition that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
