This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order in M.C. No. 33 of 2016 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2, based on instructions submitted that, already the petitioners appeared before the concerned Magistrate Court and executed bond. Since the object of the petition has already been served, nothing survives in the petition.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
