O R D E R

This Criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the counter parties also appeared and gave a statement to the effect that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner either through phone or physical. On the basis of the above said statement given by the private respondents, the enquiry was also closed.

3. In view of the above said undertaking given by the private respondents, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is Disposed of.
