Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2021 and register an FIR in pursuance to the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2020 against the offenders and take necessary action against them.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.12.2021 and register a FIR in pursuance to the petitioner's complaint dated 24.08.2020 against the offenders and take necessary action against them.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had conducted a detailed enquiry and closed the same.

W.P(MD)No.6095 of 2022 3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4.On perusal of the complaint it is seen that there is a specific allegation to constitute the offences under the provisions of Indian Penal Code.

5.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and proceed further in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
