Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BANUMATHY A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2743 of 2023, dated 13.02.2023.

3.In view of the above fact that the petitioners have not complied with the direction imposed by this Court properly, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2743 of 2023, dated 13.02.2023. 4.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
