When the matter was taken up for hearing Mr.P.Kesava Ramachandran, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Sholavanthan Police Station is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.257 of 2016 was completed and the case has been closed as action dropped on 14.07.2016 after service of referred charge sheet notice and a closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti on 14.07.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner/defacto complainant to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
