ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.80 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai, is the revision petitioner herein. He seeks transfer of the said suit to the Sub Court, Kumbakonam. It is admitted that the properties are located only in Pudukottai and therefore, his request for transferring the suit to Kumbakonam cannot be accepted.

Further, there is no merit in the grievance of the petitioner. The suit was filed way back in the year 2009, it is still pending and 9 years have lapsed. Therefore, even while dismissing this application for transferring, this Court directs the Sub Court, Pudukottai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.80 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
