PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no. 315 of 2020 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking bail for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324, 307,435, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.05.2020 the petitioner along with four others have picked quarrel with the defacto complainant while preparing food near the lake bed.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is at the nascent stage.

5.Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation is at the nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed.
