2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the O.S.No.121 of 2020 pending before the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Devakottai, to dispose O.S.No.121 of 2020 preferably within a period of 15 months from the date of a receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
