On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime No.732 of 2013 was completed and the case was closed as Mistake of Fact as early as 14.01.2014 and a copy of the closure report has already been field before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.
