RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 3825 of 2022 dt. 25/02/2022 on t he file of this Honourable court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3825 of 2022, dated 25.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
