O R D E R

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13491 of 2014, on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent have registered a case in Cr.No.177 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C. and the investigation is in progress. While so, the defacto complainant is before this Court for a direction to complete the investigation and file final report.

2. Today, Mr.P.Muralikrishnan, Head Constable of Thennilai Police Station is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and the police will expeditiously complete the investigation.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, the respondent police are directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Cr.No.177 of 2016 and file either a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner/defacto complainant.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
