2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.45 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) & 506(i) of IPC.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the final report in this case has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur on 12.03.2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 4.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the matter has become infructuous. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur, shall process the final report within the time stipulated as per the Rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.Accordingly, with the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
