Raku Konar in the village revenue records by replacing the name of Respondent No.5 which stands on the patta in survey No.207/6 located at Ilanthaikualm, Kamuthakudi, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in the light of order passed by the respondent no.2 vide Ni.Mu.P5/37003/2022 by considering the representation sent to respondent No.1 and 2 dated 09.02.2024. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner wants enforcement of the order dated 03.07.2023 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram. The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the fifth respondent has filed W.P.(MD)No.19862 of 2023 questioning the order of the District Revenue Officer and that it is still pending. The fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the fifth respondent giving him twelve weeks window period. The 2/4

notice will make it clear that if the fifth respondent is unable to obtain any interim order in W.P.(MD)No.19862 of 2023, the order of the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram will be duly implemented. Such a notice will be issued to the fifth respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
