Mu.D3/15258/2021 dated 15.12.2022 and W.P.(MD).No. 13574 of 2023 dated 26.03.2025 and proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.D/7001/2025 dated 14.01.2026.

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue individual patta to the petitioner, after appropriate subdivision of Survey Nos. 58/2, 58/3 and 59/3, Kumaramangalam Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the sale deed dated 25.05.1979 in Document Nos.655 of 1979 implementing the proceedings of the first respondent in Ni. Mu.D3/15258/2021 dated 15.12.2022 and W.P.(MD).No. 13574 of 2023 dated 26.03.2025 and proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.D/7001/2025 dated 14.01.2026.

2. According to the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation, the survey has been conducted. However, consequence to the same, the proceedings were not issued.

3. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim as per the survey made by the respondents and pass appropriate orders by subdividing the property and issue patta. 2/4

The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
