ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Ananth Prabhu, aged 15 years, son of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station has produced the detenu and he has been identified by his father/petitioner. He expressed his willingness to go with his father/petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
