[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this habeas corpus petition is to direct the second respondent to secure the petitioner's daughter Shanmugapriya aged about 19 years and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter, the detenue herein was found missing from 23.03.2021 and hence she lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the same was registered in Crime No.324 of 2021 under Section 'woman missing', but no action was taken and hence, the present habeas corpus petition.

H.C.P.(MD)No.518 of 2021 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue appeared along with one Rajkumar through video conferencing. On enquiry she would state that marrirage between them was performed and the same was also registered in Sub Registrar Office, Kalasapakkam on 24.03.2021. It is also represented that both are major.

4.In the light of the above, this court finds no merit in this petition and therefore, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
