ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to grant leave to file the above Letters Patent Appeal against the order in Cont.P.(MD) No.3365 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was a party in W.P.(MD) No.26509 of 2024, against which the above contempt petition was filed. However, the writ Court without issuing notice to the petitioner, disposed of the writ petition in the admission stage itself. Hence, she prays to grant leave of this Court. 2/4

3. Mr. J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and has no serious objection to the petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the application and considering the nature of issue involved in this case and also considering the fact that the respondents 2 and 3, who are the contesting parties, have not raised serious objection, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
