ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w. 7(1)(a)(ii) of E.C Act, 1955 in Cr.No.144 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have collected the Public Distribution Rice from Family Card Holders and gave it A1 for selling it for higher price.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that petitioner has no previous case.

4. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be granted the relief prayed for and accordingly; (a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;

(b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Virudhunagar within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order, (i)the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
