2. The petitioner is running a Crusher unit. The petitioner has to observe the distance rule. The petitioner's apprehension is that if an unauthorised construction comes up in the vicinity, the petitioner's rights will be prejudiced later. It is for this reason, she has given a 2/5

3 W.P.(MD)NO.6387 OF 2024 representation before the respondents 2 and 3. This appears to have been forwarded to the sixth respondent. The petitioner wants the representation to be considered and final order to be passed within the reasonable period.

3. I direct the sixth respondent to complete the petition mentioned proceedings as expeditiously as possible. The sixth respondent should of course put all the interested persons on notice.
