ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.148 of 2020 pending on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 06.04.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that the Final Report is made ready and they will file the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, on that ground, the matter is listed today.

3. Even today, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that Final Report is not presented before the concerned trial Court.

4. The first respondent is directed to present the above said Final Report immediately before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate 2/4

No.IV, Madurai, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
