.. Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenu namely Govindaraj S/o.Perumal aged about 50 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Govindaraj S/o.Perumal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.67 of 2015, Aruppukottai Town Police Station and to that effect, certified copy of remand report has been filed, wherein it has been clearly stated that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.67 of 2015.
