This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025.

2. The petitioner states that she had executed a registered gift deed dated 14.11.2000 (Document No.2274/2000) in favour of the second respondent in respect of land comprised in R.S.No.430/4, Needakarai Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, for the purpose of constructing an overhead water tank.

3. According to the petitioner, even after many years, no overhead tank has been constructed in the said land. Since the purpose of the gift has not been fulfilled, she has requested the

authorities either to construct the tank or to re-convey the land to her. For this purpose, she submitted a representation on 09.04.2025. As no action has been taken, she has approached this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the records.

5. Considering the limited relief sought, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
