2. According to the petitioner there was money transaction between the defacto complainant and the first petitioner. In this regard the petitioners demanded money back from the defacto complainant. Aggrieved by that a false complaint has been given by the defacto complainant.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that petition enquiry in CSR No.203 of 2020 is pending no First Information Report has been registered and if the petitioners cooperate with the enquiry they will enquire the matter and act in accordance with law.

4. Recording the same, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C. during the course of investigation.
