Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to select the Petitioner as Technical Assistant / Electrical by internal selection proposals by virtue of the Letter No.070556/51/G571/G571/2015-16 dated 21.12.2015 based on the Petitioners representation dated 23.12.2016.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Cibi Chakraborthy, Advocate for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
the Petitioner and of Mr. G.Kasinathadurai, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: Since the order dated 26.04.2019 in WP(MD)No.5704 of 2017 has merged with the order dated 26.02.2021 in WA(MD)No.1569 of 2019, the enforceable order is the appellate order as explained by this Court in R.Vedharathinam vs. Ponmudi (Order dated 07.04.2021 in Contempt Petition No.454 of 2021). In view of the same, the Petitioner has to file a Contempt Petition for enforcing the order passed in the Writ Appeal.
