PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire records connected to the impugned in S.C No.85 of 2018 on the file of Learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, (PCR) Tirunelveli and pending on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected to the impugned in S.C No.85 of 2018 on the file of learned II Additional District and Sessions Court, (PCR) Tirunelveli, and pending on the file of the 1st Respondent Police and quash the same.
2. On 24.03.2023 the defacto complainant was directed to return the amount of Rs.75,000/-, which was received by him as compensation from the Government and for reporting compliance, the matter is listed today.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent/defacto complainant has not complied the above said condition, so that, the petitioner is willing to withdraw this petition.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition on merits, if so advised. 11.04.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Indu 2/4
