This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in C.C.No.113 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Ramanathapuram and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. The petitioner is not clear about his date of birth. That apart, this Court also noticed clear discrepancy of date of birth in aadhar card as well as in his passport.
