[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the father of one S.Nandhini, aged about 19 years. According to the petitioner, she has been found missing from 08.04.2015. In this regard, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No. 253 of 2015 for 'woman missing'. In those circumstances, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and we have also perused the records carefully. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case of elopment of Nandhini with the third respondent. The 2nd respondent is taking all steps to secure her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
