The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother alleging that her daughter, aged about 21 years, had gone missing. The petitioner has lodged a complaint with the respondent Police on 09.03.2024 and the same was registered in Crime No.147 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent Police has traced the petitioner's daughter, who had married one Vadivel and living happily on her own.

3. The petitioner, her daughter and the said Vadivel, whom the petitioner's daughter had married, are present before this Court today. After

confirming that it is a voluntary elopement by a major girl, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
